People Magazine,Sandra Bullock Baby:This must go down as a momentous defeat for the paparazzis, those indefatigable scoop-hounds. Thanks to Jesse James couch-hoppings, Sandra Bullock and her moves had taken the centerstage of the gossipverse for close to two months now. And all this time people were busy conjecturing on her plans to divorce Jesse and were shedding many a tears lamenting how lonely she will get once she is estranged from Jesse and his three children, Sandra Bullock has, in fact, had an adoring son of her own and no one had wind.
The latest issue of People magazine, dated to hit the stands this Friday, reveals this explosive news and only because Sandra has decided to disclose it to them.
The Blind Side actress informs that she is the proud mother of Louis Bardo Bullock, a three and a half-month-old baby boy born in New Orleans.
He isn’t her own progeny, though. Rather she and Jesse adopted the boy and took him home the last January.
“He’s just perfect, I can’t even describe him any other way,” Bullock gushed. “It’s like he’s always been a part of our lives.”
And it may well be this child who is providing the necessary strength to Sandra to part ways with her unfaithful husband. Because she says she has filed for divorce with Jesse and looking to change the status of the adoption declaring her a single mother.
“Yes, I have filed for divorce,” she told People. “I am sad and I am scared.”

Sandra Bullock And Jesse James Children:Actress Sandra Bullock is looking after her husband Jesse James‘ children while he undergoes treatment in rehab, according to a new report. “The Blind Side” star, who reportedly walked out on her partner in March following allegations he cheated on her, is said to be caring for James‘ three kids, Sunny, Chandler and Jesse, Jr., while the TV mechanic seeks professional help at an Arizona facility.
A source tells TMZ, “It’s a positive sign about Sandra’s relationship with Jesse.” In March, Bullock’s rep denied the actress had any plans to adopt James’ children, shortly after tattoo model Michelle McGee went public with claims she romanced the reality star for 11 months.
Debunking speculations that Sandra Bullock will legally adopt Jesse James‘ children, her rep told People, “There are no plans, nor have there ever been any plans, for Sandra Bullock to adopt any of Jesse James‘ children.”

sandra bullock and jesse james split,michelle mcgee:For a gal with more than face tattoos Lil Wayne and who supplements her income by Posing as a semi-nude Nazis (see TMZ), one friend and former roommate of Michelle’s “Bombshell” McGee says Jesse James’ would-be mistress is “very normal. ” So normal that McGee’s friend is claiming the tattoo model felt terrible when she learned James was not, in fact, separated from actress Sandra Bullock.
Lindsay Sinai, a friend of McGee’s, told E! News that McGee confided in her about her relationship with the Monster Garage star.
Sinai says though she never met James, she says McGee told her her relationship with the reality-TV mechanic developed into a sexual one after the pair Struck up a friendship via MySpace.
“(McGee)-requested friend Jesse James (on MySpace) and he started writing her out of the blue,” Sinai told E! “(Michelle) was.’s Like, ‘Oh my god, Jesse James is writing me. Oh my god, Jesse James is calling me.” He said he wanted to hang out with her. She ended up driving up to the garage. ”
And that’s when the situation turned out allegedly sexy results. Sinai says McGee told her about three or four of her trysts with James, including one on board the ship / hotel, The Queen Mary. And through it all, Sinai says that McGee was under the impression that James was finished with his megastar wife – in part because, she says, “he could not talk about it and that (Bullock) was living somewhere else. That was a subject that was stayed away from the entire time. There were no specifics. ”
“Their relationship was more like a friendship,” she says. “Nothing was ever said about a future. Once she did Realize (Bullock and James) were together, there was a lot of regret there.”
For her trouble, In Touch gave her $ 30,000 U.S. for kissing and telling, Us weekly reports. (Though the boost in traffic to her MySpace page alone may have been worth the trouble of becoming every Sandra Bullock fan’s arch-nemesis.)
McGee’s former boss Danny Madrano told Us Weekly she does not know McGee’s reasons for going public about her relationship with Bullock’s husband. “I can not get inside of Michelle’s head,” she explained. But she does claim definitely Knew James McGee was with Bullock.
“I said, ‘Wait a minute – is not he married to Sandra?” “Madrano recalled in an interview with Us Weekly. “And that’s when she told me, ‘Oh, well. That’s just a sham for publicity.”
And though the Sinai told E! she considered McGee’s relationship with James “casual” at most, Madrano McGee recalls being “mad” when “they were either supposed to spend time together and did not, or I think some follow-up from him was not there.”

Jeremy Aikman,Janine Linda Mulder:Sandra Bullock and her husband, Jesse James, are still caught in the web of one messy and increasingly public custody battle.
James, of “Monster Garage” fame, was granted custody of his 5-year-old daughter, Sunny Lee James, from a previous marriage with former adult film actress Janine Lindemulder when Lindemulder was imprisoned for tax evasion earlier this year.
Bullock and James supplied letters to the judge at the time of Lindemulder’s sentencing requesting custody for Sunny, as they alleged that Lindemulder was an unfit parent.
James’ representation declined to comment, and attempts to reach representation for Bullock and Lindemulder were unsuccessful.
Since her release, Lindemulder has been pushing for more parental rights.
In an October 13 letter to the judge presiding over the case obtained by CNN, Lindemulder wrote that she hoped to see her daughter every Saturday, and be more informed of her child’s out-of-state travel and any changes in her education.My daughter and I are both very eager to get back to a normal, healthy, loving life,” she wrote.
The court granted Lindemulder visitation rights on Sundays, according to court documents, as long as she kept her daughter away from her new husband — felon Jeremy Aikman — and did not consume any drugs or alcohol.
Yet James found himself back in court October 29, saying that Lindemulder violated that October 13 order to ensure Sunny had zero contact with her new spouse, according to Access Hollywood.
To prove that her maternal instincts are sound, Lindemulder is taking her case to the court of public opinion.
