Javed Miandad Says Ijaz Butt ‘forgot’ all star tour plans:ISLAMABAD (AP) Pakistan cricket great Javed Miandad says an opportunity for the nation to host its first cricket series since last year’s terror attack on a touring Sri Lankan side fell through because the head of the cricket board forgot about it.
