Senior player Tony Terry, of Bowls Heretaunga, said they were even on games and ahead on differentials on Saturday but became unstuck yesterday.
“We had different combinations today [Sunday] and the greens were different and the wind was a factor but all that’s part and partial of the game,” said Terry whose teammates included clubmate George Ngametua, Tony Brown, of Waipukurau, Malcolm Stockwell, Dave and Mark Stevenson, of Bowls Napier, Cess Bell, of Omarunui, and Dave Haggerty, of Havelock North.

Talberts His Woman, His Wife, co-starring Stephanie Mills and most recently the national tour of Tall Dark and Handsome.
